I contributed to a Roth IRA. Should I enter my contribution as an IRA contribution AND as a Roth IRA contribution?
No. The fields referring to the amount contributed to an IRA in 2009 and 2010 are referring to a traditional IRA. You should only enter your Roth contribution in the field referring to the Roth contribution.
