How do I determine the wages subject to Social Security, Medicare and FUTA for my household employees?

Any household employee that was paid over $1,700 is subject to Social Security and Medicare taxes. The Social Security tax is limited to the first $106,800 of the employee's wages

The Medicare tax is based on the employee's total cash wages.

FUTA wages are the first $7,000 of cash wages for the year that you pay to any household employee if that employee was paid over $1,000 in any calendar quarter.
